Dumbbells
I recommend starting with 5lb dumbbells & 10-12lb dumbbells or purchase adjustable dumbbells.

Stability Ball
Having a stability ball is not essential, but there will be some exercises that include it.

Mini Bands
Optional, but essential for a greater booty burn. I've tried many brands and these are by far my favorite.

Slam Ball
Optional...but one of my FAVORITE at-home pieces of equipment for a quick, effective calorie burn and full body toner. This is the one I have.

Free Timer App
This app will make any timed or circuit workouts so much easier. All of my timed or tabata workouts will be easily adjusted into this free app.

Step Stool or Bench
Something to step up on is needed. I recommend an adjustable step, step stool or a bench.
